​I bring to the position 14 years of managerial experience which reflects both mid and upper levels of management, project lead, project manager, career services, sales and Information Technology.  My experience too encompasses a limited range of human resource management, which required the use, and application of management styles and interpersonal skills to mitigate and assuage the most difficult issues.  My customer service skills are well honed and clearly successful, but most salient are my listening and communication skills complimented with a sense of humor.
